Means that you need to use TO-1 all the time in PMDG and when Topcat shows TO-1 you should use TO-2. A work around until PMDG allows a fixed derate in settings which I understand they won't be doing.

PFPX and Topcat are the most accurate but PFPX is basically a dead program as the devs no longer support it from what I can tell. Simbrief is fairly accurate in terms of realism as long as your aircraft profiles are configured properly. I have all three and I honestly prefer Simbrief over the PFPX/Topcat combo.

Even if PFPX is not able to save a flight plan in the new fms file format. But in combination with TOPCAT it is nice to create a flightplan with performance calculation. I also like the IFPS validation. Since I have PFPX all my flightplans pass the IFPS validation 😎.
